A small site.
A straightforward privacy policy.
You can complete an imaginary acquisition without an account, email address or banking information.
What stays in your browser
Saved listings, acquisition drafts, completed deals and selected fictional buyer identities are stored in localStorage on your device. This application does not maintain a server database or synchronize your portfolio across devices. You can remove acquisitions in My Deals or delete all local records using your browser’s site-data controls.
What sharing makes public
When you copy or share an acquisition link, it includes the fictional listing identifier, accepted price, financing percentages, date, deal reference and a predefined fictional buyer identity. Anyone with that link can view and modify those fictional terms. These parameters are not encrypted or proof of a transaction. Do not put personal or sensitive information into a link.
Shared URLs may appear in browser history and in infrastructure or social-platform request logs. Downloaded statements can be shared outside this website at your discretion.
Hosting and technical requests
The hosting provider receives the technical information needed to serve the website, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, and may retain operational logs under its own policies. Social services may request an acquisition page and its preview image when a link is shared.
Listing photographs and application assets are served from this site. The MVP includes no advertising scripts, tracking cookies or active third-party analytics. Its analytics adapter does not transmit events.
Information we do not request
We do not request real banking details, payment cards, legal signatures, government identification, proof of funds or contact information. All buyer choices offered by the site are fictional identities.
Your controls
Use My Deals to remove saved acquisitions and the heart controls to remove favorites. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove drafts and other local preferences. Previously shared links and images may remain accessible to their recipients after local records are deleted.
